• If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Email mdeevinebeauty@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.

• We’ll happily send a replacement or store credit once we review your claim.

• We do not accept returns or refunds for opened or used products.
